Momma’s beware – brewer’s yeast taste horrible and is hard to hide – so please add the sweetener recommended in the recipe (or add your own go-to sweetener). Feel free to also leave out the brewer’s yeast if you can’t bare it.
Quick Lactation Smoothie
- 1 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp brewer’s yeast
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey (or fav sweetener to taste)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
